Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

 

Subscription Purchase – Cancellation Policy

 


By selecting a subscription purchase option, the customer obtains a 15% discount on the initial order as well as on all subsequent recurring orders generated under the active subscription.


 

1. Renewal Terms

 


The subscription will automatically renew at the interval chosen at checkout. Each renewal will process at the discounted subscription price unless the customer cancels in accordance with this policy.


 

2. Minimum Commitment

 


The subscription may be cancelled at any time after the completion of two (2) renewal cycles.

Cancellations submitted prior to the completion of two renewal cycles will be scheduled to take effect immediately following the second renewal.


 

3. Cancellation Procedure

 


To cancel the subscription, the customer may:

 

  • log into their account and manage the subscription through the customer portal, or

  • contact Molevea Support at moleveasupp@gmail.com.

 


 

4. Effective Date of Cancellation

 


Cancellations apply to future, unprocessed orders only. Orders already billed, processed, or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.


 

5. Additional Terms

 

 

  • The 15% subscription discount remains valid only while the subscription is active.

  • Molevea reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or terms with prior notice to the customer.

  • By completing a subscription purchase, the customer agrees to all terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.

 


Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
